Coin Machine

Give your savings a boost – cash in your coins. Use our self-service coin machine (available at UECU’s Stroudsburg office) to transform your loose change into dollars. Don’t worry about rolling your coins – our machine will automatically count them and produce a receipt. Exchange it for cash or make a deposit into an existing credit union account.

Self-service coin machine fees:

Member Charge: 5% of amount counted
Non-Member Charge: 9% of amount counted
Children under 10: Free (member or non-member as long as child is present and accompanied by an adult)
Non-profit Organization: Free (if proceeds are deposited into a non-profit account with the credit union or a check is payable directly to the non-profit)

Safe Deposit

Safe deposit boxes are available in a variety of sizes at UECU’s Office in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. The boxes are rented on an annual basis, based on availability. Monthly rental fees range from $25 to $100 . *Discounted rental fees are available to members with the following services: UECU Checking Account, Visa® Debit Card, and Mobile and Online Banking with E-Statements.

Medallion Signature Guarantee 

A Medallion Signature Guarantee is a special stamp that’s used when you transfer securities. It confirms that the signature authorizing the transfer is genuine and that the signer has the legal capacity and authority to sign the document. This service is available to UECU members in good standing. Walk-ins will be accepted on a case-by-case basis at the Wyomissing and Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, offices as staff are available.
