Congratulations, 2025 Educational Award Winners!

The NE PA Community FCU Foundation presented $1,500 educational awards to applicants Jacob, Michael, Nicole, and Viviana. Award winners were selected based on criteria including financial need, academics, and community service. Awards were presented on July 17, 2025, during a ceremony held at UECU’s Stroudsburg office. The NE PA Community FCU Foundation’s mission is to promote and support the educational goals of students in Monroe and Pike Counties, PA. Thank you to our generous donors who assisted in providing these awards.

Supporting the education of students from Monroe and Pike Counties, Pennsylvania since 2011

NE PA Community FCU Foundation is an independent philanthropic organization, separate from the Credit Union, but sharing the Credit Union philosophy of “People Helping People.”

This Foundation will follow a mission that pledges “to promote and support the educational goals of students from Monroe and Pike Counties, Pennsylvania, through financial assistance for their post-secondary education.”

The Foundation will make available educational awards to in-school students, as well as graduated students repaying educational loans. Each year, the Foundation will give away at least three (3) Educational Awards for at least $1,500.00 each. Both members and non-members of the Credit Union are eligible to apply for, and to receive educational awards through this philanthropy.
