Member Information Guide. Click here to read.We’re so happy to welcome NE PA Credit Union members! With the integration of NE PA Credit Union and UECU, our credit union family has grown, and we’re excited to be on this journey together.

As we prepare for the final phase of the operational merger, the Credit Union will close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 11th, and will remain closed throughout the weekend. Access to NE PA’s digital banking services will also end at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 11th. Our Stroudsburg staff will be available by phone at 570-421-5585 to answer your questions about the merger and your account conversion throughout the weekend. They will not be able to assist with financial transactions, as our banking systems will be down for the conversion. At 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 14, 2025, our Stroudsburg and Wyomissing offices and ITMs will reopen.

Hours of Operation and Member Support Available to NE PA Members During Operational Merger Weekend, Friday, July 11th – Monday, July 14th

Friday, July 11th:

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Stroudsburg Office Lobby and ITMs are available to members.

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Stroudsburg Office Lobby and ITMs are closed; however, Stroudsburg staff are available to answer merger-related questions via phone and video call services. *Staff cannot assist with financial transactions during this time, as our banking systems will be down for the conversion.

After 7:00 p.m. – Stroudsburg Office and ITMs are closed; however, Call Center staff are available to answer merger-related questions. *Staff cannot assist with financial transactions during this time, as our banking systems will be down for the conversion.

Saturday, July 12th:

9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Stroudsburg Office Lobby and ITMs are closed; however, Stroudsburg staff are available to answer merger-related questions via phone and video call services. *Staff cannot assist with financial transactions during this time, as our banking systems will be down for the conversion.

After 3:00 p.m. – Credit Union Call Center staff are available to answer merger-related questions. *Staff cannot assist with financial transactions during this time, as our banking systems will be down for the conversion.

Sunday, July 13th:

9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Stroudsburg staff are available to answer merger-related questions via phone and video call services. *Staff cannot assist with financial transactions during this time, as our banking systems will be down for the conversion.

Your NE PA Credit Union Visa® Debit and Credit cards will work through midnight on July 13th. New UECU Visa cards were issued to NE PA cardholders in late June. The new cards can be activated on the morning of July 14th by calling the activation number listed on the sticker of the card.

Your NE PA Credit Union account will convert to a UECU account on July 14th. You may log into your new account with UECU’s Mobile and Online Banking services on the morning of July 14th.
