Domestic wires:   UECU is able to receive domestic in-bound wires. Our wiring instructions are as follows: Provide your U.S. Bank with the following information to domestically wire your funds to your UECU account.

RECEIVING BANK: Utilities Employees Credit Union 11 Meridian Blvd Wyomissing, PA 19610 ABA# 231385633
BENEFICIARY: Member’s name and account number.

International wires: UECU is unable to directly accept an international wire transfer from a foreign institution since, like most credit unions, we do not participate in the international wire system. However, we may accept international wires that are first sent to a participating U.S. bank that serves as a pass-through / correspondent bank, and can then direct the wired funds to UECU. Once your money reaches the correspondent U.S. bank, the funds can be wired to UECU.

If you have a bank account at a U.S. institution that accepts international wires, please follow these steps to arrange an international wire transfer, followed by a domestic wire transfer from your bank account to your UECU account.

Step 1 – International Wire Instructions: Foreign banks will request your U.S. bank’s IBAN (International Bank Account Number) or SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) number, which are used as international standard banking codes to uniquely identify each bank. Ask your U.S. bank for their IBAN or SWIFT number so you can provide it to the foreign bank, along with your U.S. bank account number, when you request the international wire transfer.

Step 2 – Domestic Wire Transfer Instructions: Provide your U.S. Bank with the following information to domestically wire your funds to your UECU account.

RECEIVING BANK:  Utilities Employees Credit Union 11 Meridian Blvd Wyomissing, PA 19610 ABA# 231385633
BENEFICIARY: Member’s name and account number.
