Important Update for INTUIT MINT and QUICKEN® USERS
UECU has completed the digital banking upgrade, so you will need to modify your Quicken settings to ensure that your data connectivity transfers smoothly to the new system. To help guide you through the transition, we’ve created detailed Conversion Instructions for Windows and Mac, and for both supported connectivity types (Express Web Connect and Web Connect).
Important Action Dates
- Action Date #1: Monday, April 17, 2023 by 9:00 PM ET. This is the date that you will need to complete your file data back up and final transaction download.
- Action Date #2: Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 12:00 PM ET (Noon) Or Later . This is the date that you can set up the new connection for Quicken. This step can be completed on this date or at a later date.
- IMPORTANT: Express Web Connect and Quicken Mac Quicken Connect will not be available until approximately Tuesday, April 25, 2023, so please utilize another connectivity type if you need transaction updates during this downtime. There is no delay for Web Connect.
- IMPORTANT: Members who use other account aggregator services like Mint and Plaid will experience some downtime during the digital banking upgrade while services are reestablished. Services will be reestablished by approximately Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
Conversion Instructions
Once You’ve Reactivated Express Web Connect OR Web Connect
Please note: Quicken and Mint services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days while your connection is reestablished.
Once you’ve reestablished your connection to UECU’s Mobile and Online Banking Services, please carefully review the downloaded transactions to ensure nothing was duplicated or missed.
If you use Mint or another aggregator: We also strongly recommend turning off auto updates within your aggregator’s site or software.
Steps for Aggregator Users (Mint, Plaid, etc.)
For account security, we require multi-factor authentication for all aggregators. As attempts to log in to digital banking will fail without the member there to pass MFA, we strongly recommend members turn off auto updates within their aggregator’s site or software. If the aggregator tries and fails to log in multiple times, digital banking access may be temporarily locked.
