The Upgrade What’s Changing Important Info and How to Prepare
Mobile and Online Banking Experience  Enhanced experience online and on mobile You will have the same enhancements for viewing your accounts, making transactions, and managing your money online and on mobile. 
Browsers Internet Explorer does not support the new digital banking services.  Download Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox before using the new digital banking services. 
How to log into mobile and online banking Same username, same password,  new experience Follow the step by step instructions for logging in for the first time. Be sure to check your email and the UECU website for instructions in mid-April. 
One login for easy access to your UECU accounts You won’t have separate logins for each of your UECU accounts anymore. After logging in for the first time, you’ll be able to switch between your UECU accounts by selecting the account you want to see in your profile. 
360-degree Financial View New feature to link your external accounts to your UECU account  After logging in for the first time, you’ll be able to link your bank accounts and credit card accounts from other financial institutions to your UECU account. 
Account Alerts  Your existing account alerts will not carry over.  You’ll have the ability to set up new alerts when you log in for the first time. Choose from balance alerts, checks cleared alerts, loan due alerts, and other transactional alerts. 
Intuit and Quicken Your Connection to Quicken  Members who use Intuit and Quicken and connect through UECU’s digital banking services will receive step by step instructions on how to prepare for the digital banking upgrade. Watch your inbox for updates from UECU in March and April.
Bill Pay  Nothing is changing; same great experience  If you currently use Advantages Bill Pay™, all of your payees, scheduled payments and ebills will transfer over to the new digital banking services. 
Credit Score powered by SavvyMoney® New feature to access your credit score and credit report in digital banking After logging in for the first time, click on the Credit Score option on your custom dashboard and opt-in to SavvyMoney. Keep a pulse on your financial health by regularly monitoring your credit score. Receive alerts for credit report changes and stay informed about what impacts your score. 
Savings Goal New feature to help you save  After logging in for the first time, create a savings goal. Monitor your progress with the savings tracker on your custom dashboard. 
Pay a Person  New feature to send Person-to-Person (P2P) payments Use the Pay A Person option in the new digital banking services to easily transfer money from your UECU accounts to another UECU member, friend, or family member. 
Mobile Banking App The UECU Mobile app is being replaced with a new one. The UECU Mobile app will be available in the App Store and Google Play Store in mid-April. If you don’t have automatic app updates enabled on your mobile device, you’ll need to uninstall the old UECU Mobile app and install the new one.
